Open Access Policy

The Eurasian Journal of Management & Social Sciences (EJMSS) is a fully Open-Access Journal, providing free and unrestricted access to all published content. Readers, authors, and institutions can download, read, and share articles from the journal website at no cost.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 (CC BY 2.0) license. This license allows authors to retain copyright while permitting any user to download, print, copy, distribute, archive, or reuse the work, provided that proper credit is given to the authors and the journal as the source. The CC BY license ensures that research is widely disseminated and can be included in any scientific archive or repository.

The journal does not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs) or fees for publication, download, or access. All accepted manuscripts are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) upon online publication to ensure permanent and reliable citation.

By adopting this open access model, EJMSS seeks to promote equitable access to high-quality research in management and social sciences, supporting both regional and global scholarly communication.
